A profession that narcissists seem to gravitate towards?
Contrary to popular opinion, there is no such profession.
I know people like to think that a narcissist is most attracted to the spotlight, that is just a little too easy. Some of them like to make things a little bit more difficult for us to figure out.
Who would ever think that a doctor, a teacher, a counselor, a rabbi or minister could sneak through? I certainly wouldn’t have thought that (once upon a time.)
If they are so sinister, sneaky and downright evil in every other aspect of their lives, wouldn't it make sense for them to hide under the illusion of altruistic teacher or helpful healer?
It happens all the time.
Black and white thinking doesn’t just apply where narcissism is concerned. We have to be a little more creative, certainly more creative than they are, or else, before you know it, we’re outnumbered…and trust me, it’s getting closer by the minute.
