Can a narcissist change if they want to?

Want being the operative word here…. Want.

They do not Want to change!

They do not see an issue in their behavior.
They do not think that they are the problem.

Every single horrible thing that has happened to them has been someone else’s fault.

They know how to be nice and charming in the beginning, but by the end, I think it’s pretty safe to say they are the anthesis of that…

So…

If they are able to behave like a normal human being at first…more than normal actually… everything you have always wanted…. Yet by the end they try to destroy you, then, No. They are not going to change…. Ever!

Could they?

Possibly.

Do they want to?

No.

Will they?

Never!
