It is absolutely from personal experience...reflecting upon myself, what could potentially happen to me if I did something so unnatural for me, yet could (temporarily) make things a bit easier. Reflecting upon my time spent with both of my parents...even when I was very little, I knew that I was lucky...but these past 6 years of my life studying things I never in a million years thought I'd be learning about...but for me..in order to make sense of what was going on, Internally, around me, and from a far, I had no choice but to learn. It only reinforced just how truly blessed I really was. And also observation. People who I have known for a very long time, I realized that they were essentially doing what I was writing about...and indeed, it took it's toll. On our friendship, in their lives...their families and especially within themselves. It can be painful to express yourself, only to have your thoughts and feelings fall on deaf ears, but it's worth the risk..to me. It will always be worth the risk. Thank you for reading that.
